Charlie's Table aims to deliver our fresh and frozen foods in the best possible condition in a timely manner.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for events outside of our control. For example, we do not have control over the weather. We also have no control when a package is turned over to a shipping service such as FedEx, UPS or the United States Postal Service or once a package is delivered to a specified location.
Because of this lack of control:
- Arrival dates published on this website do not guarantee a shipping or arrival date.
- Charlie’s Table is not responsible for delays caused by weather, mechanical error, high package volume, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism or terrorism related controls.
- Because we do not control the shipping service, we cannot guarantee time of delivery. Most carriers will deliver packages anytime between 8am-8pm.
- Charlie’s Table does not require a signature for delivery of most packages. We are not responsible for packages left at the address you indicate. If a package does require a signature, Charlie’s Table is not responsible for packages that are not delivered because no person is available to sign.
Charlie’s Table ships to residential addresses, businesses, and apartment buildings. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Until further notice, Charlie’s Table does not ship outside the United States.
Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information and their order confirmation email is correct before submitting an order. Delivery addresses cannot be modified once an order has shipped. Charlie’s Table is not responsible for delays in transit caused by address modification.
There are no returns, refunds or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped.
